Adapting Restoration Practices to a Changing Climate
Regional Conference February 8-11, 2021, Eugene, Oregon
The Society for Ecological Restoration Northwest and Western Canada regional chapters are pleased to announce their joint SERNW and SERWC 2021 Eugene Conference on February 8-11 in 2021 in Eugene, Oregon. This conference will explore how we can increase restoration success in the face of rapidly changing climatic conditions.
To kick off the UN-declared Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030), restoration practitioners, scientists, land managers, and conservation partners are invited to join the conference. Participants will share knowledge, build partnerships, and engage in discussion. We will investigate how we can adapt practices in order to more creatively and effectively respond to environmental challenges and altered disturbance regimes.
