Ce symposium réunira, pour la première fois, le Groupe de recherche de recherche en écologie des tourbières (GRET) et le SER-EC, c. à d. le tout nouveau chapitre pour l’est du Canada de la Society for Ecological Restoration. Cet événement portera sur :
- Les tourbières et autres milieux humides (gestion, restauration, biodiversité, hydrologie, biogéochimie, culture des sphaignes, changements climatiques, etc.)
- La restauration écologique d’autres types d’écosystèmes

Title: Science Symposium PERG (Peatland Ecology Research Group) & SER-Eastern Canada
Hybrid Mode: April 6th and 7th, 2022, Université Laval, Quebec City, QC (for more information: www.gret-serec-symposium.com)
This scientific symposium will bring together for the first time the Peatland Ecology Research Group (PERG) and the SER-EC, i.e., the brand new chapter for Eastern Canada from the Society for Ecological Restoration. This event will focus on:
- Peatlands and other wetlands (management, restoration, biodiversity, hydrology, biogeochemistry, Sphagnum farming, climatic changes, etc.)
- Ecological restoration of other types of ecosystems

Abstract submission: Monday, March 7, 2022. All abstracts must be submitted via the online form on the website: https://gret-serec-symposium.org/Clients/224_web/index.lasso.
Registration: Tuesday, March 15, 2022. The symposium will take place in Quebec City at the Université Laval and the virtual counterpart will be delivered over the professional platform Zoom. Welcome!
