Did you know there are more than 500 species of bees in B.C.? Renowned Bee Scientist Lincoln Best will be leading a 2-day workshop exploring Bumblebees and Native Bees of the East Kootenays. This workshop will look at biodiversity, biology, floral ecology, habit restoration, landscape design and conservation strategies we can implement to help our local bees thrive.
