Seeking Article Contributions – 7th SERO Native Plant Guide

The 7th Edition of the popular SERO Native Plant Resource Guide is currently in development. As part of this next guide, we are looking for article contributions from you, the ecological community! The guide will feature several new articles, along with the updated Growers List and Guidelines for Buyers of Native Nursery Stock.

Articles in previous editions of the guide have focused on a range of topics, including the ethics of attracting wildlife to contaminated urban habitat, balancing ecological priorities on the Carden Alvar, and a list of commonly sold invasive species along with alternative native plant choices.

In the past, article lengths have varied from 400-1200 words, depending on the topic.

Please submit a short summary (200-400 words) of your proposed article to sero.publications@gmail.com by November 30, 2014.

The authors of selected contributions will be notified shortly after the deadline. Articles not included in the Native Plant Resource Guide will be considered for inclusion in a future SERO newsletter.
