A revised LERS charter has been developed and is in draft format awaiting ratification by members and can be accessed below. Once it is ratified by membership, it will replace the version last revised in 2016.

LERS was established as a section of SER in 2013 with a Memorandum of Understanding and a list of commitments from SER to LERS.
