The Trickle Down Effect: Interpreting our Watersheds

Spring training conference for NAI – Region 10, Interpretation Canada – BC, & Metro Vancouver Parks. This joint conference replaces the individual NAI and Interpretation Canada BC Annual Spring Conferences.

Social Interpretation: Graphic Design and Social Media – Paul Caputo – NAI

Watershed Education and Field Trip Day  April 17th (Fri)
Find out how to use community locations as classrooms and how to engage students in water education & activities. Network with other like-minded educators and interpreters.
Choose one of the following all day field trips:

–          Capilano River Regional Park & Project WET
–          Seymour-Capilano Water Treatment Centre & Watershed Tour
–          Fraser River Discovery Centre & teaching resource kit
Shuttles and bag lunch included. Appies provided at the Surrey Central City Pub social.
Workshops in the past: props, theming, program development, puppetry, storytelling, program evaluation, event planning, volunteer management, song writing, guided walks, developing displays

Lunches and Saturday night BBQ dinner provided. And don’t forget about the campfire, Interpalooza, owling/coyote howl, and silent auction.
