The Prairie Conservation Forum will be holding their Annual General Meeting at the Bass Pro Store (Cross Iron Mills Mall) near Calgary on Thursday, January 18, 2017 from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The morning agenda will focus on work the PCF is involved in and will feature a short presentation from high school student and winner of the Youth Range Days Top Hand Award, Courtney Taylor, on sustainable range management. Board elections will occur after lunch, followed by member updates and two presentations: one from Alberta Environment and Parks on wildlife directives for renewable energy development, and one from Miistakis  on the work they are doing to advance conservation on the prairie landscape.
