Join us for a spectacular autumn view of the valley while helping to make the Fairy Hill property a safer property. Fairy Hill spans more than 1,700 acres (688 hectares) straddling the Qu’Appelle RiverValley. Its grasslands, woodlands, wetlands and flood plains are an ideal setting for diverse plant and animal communities.

Fences are an important tool in managing our landscapes, but the degraded fences on Fairy Hill pose a risk to wildlife and need to be removed. Not only will you be helping our conservation efforts, but you will get the opportunity to enjoy the view of the scenic Qu’Appelle Valley.

Please bring your own lunch, NCC will provide water and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own work gloves, however NCC will have enough for everyone. You will be working in light rain or shine, not dangerous weather. Please wear clothing that you are comfortable getting dirty or torn.
