CRED Talk: Ungulate Population Management, value or science based?

Presenter: Meghan Anderson, Wildlife Infometrics Inc.

Ungulates have important hunting and wildlife viewing values. We also value them for the ecological role they play. With caribou and moose populations declining across BC reflecting on historic population data to inform our opinions is a germane topic.

My Bio: Meghan is a Wildlife Biologist working for Wildlife Infometrics Inc. She works on caribou and moose research and management projects from her office in Revelstoke. She completed he MSc in the Revelstoke Lake area where she spent her days bushwhacking and collecting moose poop.
