Bring Back the Bluebirds comes to VIU Nanaimo.

Garry Oak Ecosystem Restoration Team’s Jemma Green will be presenting on the Bring Back the Bluebirds project as part of Vancouver Island University’s Faculty of Science and Technology Spring Lecture Series. The seminar will provide an overview of the habitat enhancement and translocation activities of the first three years of this seven-year project, which have led to the establishment of a founder population of Western Bluebirds that are breeding once again on Vancouver Island.
