The “Fundamentals and beyond” risk assessment workshop starts with the fundamental requirements of site characterization and understanding, upon which any risk assessment is so dependent. Learn to identify data gaps and derive the problem formulation and take the conceptual risk model through quantitative steps of human health and ecological risk assessment.

This highly interactive two-day workshop uses many real world examples and the latest concepts in adult learning to put you into the critical learning zone, gaining competency in the assessment and interpretation of human health and environmental risks, and in the communication of your findings.  Working in small groups, you will:
