Cows & Fish and the Alberta Low Impact Development Partnership Society have been working on a 1/2-day afternoon workshop to explore how water quality, natural water storage and drought/flood resiliency can be improved in our yards, neighbourhoods and communities. This workshop looks at LID and riparian areas as part of a whole system, and is geared to building awareness with citizens, realtors, community leaders, decision makers, builders, and anyone with an interest in sustainability as it relates to stormwater, greening, housing, and landscapes.
