Elizabeth Falk is an ecological garden designer in Danbury CT, focusing on the design and installation of pollinator gardens in public spaces. She retired from a
career in high-tech manufacturing, most recently as a Supplier Quality Manager with ASML. She received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University, and an MBA from UConn. A lifelong gardener, she took advantage of the pandemic to take classes online from NYBG and CT NOFA, earning a gardening certificate and an organic land care professional accreditation.
Upon discovering a love for garden design, she worked at Planters’ Choice, a wholesale nursery with a strong native plant side, to learn more about the horticulture industry. While there she received a horticulturist certification, and represented the nursery industry on the Northeast Seed Network steering committee. Now retired for good, she serves on the inland wetlands commission, co-founded the Danbury Pollinator Pathway organization and plants native plants everywhere possible.
