Overview
The SER-NE Board of Directors includes 15 members, with a seat on the board to represent each of the states in our region, additional seats that represent the region at large, and seats for emerging professional directors. Board members are elected to three-year terms, with one third of the board elected each year.
Executive committee
The members of the executive committee are elected each year by the Board of Directors from existing board members.
