Students & Conservation Corps

SER SW is committed to creating a supportive conference environment for students and conservation corps members to attend, present work, and connect with the regional restoration community!

REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE

Conference Rate: We have a special discounted rate of $225 for students.

Registration Waivers: Waivers are available on a rolling basis until we run out of slots. To be eligible, you must submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation.

Poster Contest

Students and Conservation Corps members who submit poster presentations are automatically entered into a contest. Awards will be presented at lunch on Friday!

Lodging Options

If you are traveling to Henderson, you will find many lodging options. We will be negotiating rates with area hotels and adding booking information here as it becomes available.

Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas – Henderson

We have a room block at this hotel Nov 10 – 14. The rate you will see in the link is the average rate, but when you check out you will see the correct rates based on your nights of stay. Tues – Thurs is $132 nightly; Friday is $192.
