The Ministry of Agriculture and Food (OMAF) is proposing an amendment to the Weed Control Act in order to remove milkweed spp. (scientific name Asclepias spp.) from the Schedule of Noxious Weeds in the Regulation and to add dog-strangling vine.

The proposal is on the EBR for comment where you can submit comments until April 14, 2014.
