{"id":4876,"date":"2017-06-18T16:54:54","date_gmt":"2017-06-19T00:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serchapter2018.wpengine.com\/westerncanada\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=4876"},"modified":"2017-06-18T16:54:54","modified_gmt":"2017-06-19T00:54:54","slug":"bioengineering-volunteer-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/chapter.ser.org\/westerncanada\/event\/bioengineering-volunteer-opportunity\/","title":{"rendered":"Bioengineering Volunteer Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.erwp.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Elbow River Watershed Parnership<\/a> is partnering with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.braggcreektrails.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Greater Bragg Creek Trails Association<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/aep.alberta.ca\/water\/programs-and-services\/2013-flood-recovery-programs\/backcountry-trail-flood-rehabilitation-program\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Backcountry Trails Flood Rehabilitation Program<\/a> on some bio-engineering, some trail work and trying a new (to us) product, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flexmse.com\/what-is-flex-mse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Flex MSE<\/a> which was generously donated for this project.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for up to 15 volunteers. This is manual outdoor labour. We will be planting willows, installing a wattle fence and filling and stacking the bags with soil.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>Plan-<\/div>\n<div>9:30am meet in West Bragg in the South parking lot.
