Most watershed stewardship groups rely on volunteer effort to accomplish the basics, with grant funding the go-to source for needed equipment, supplies, and larger project efforts.<\/p>\n<p>Tara Clapp will introduce some of the &#8216;value frameworks&#8217; that are used to create funding opportunities, and Gerry Nellestijn will relate his experience from the Salmo watershed with a encouraging a user-pay framework.
