The Society for Ecological Restoration is hosting our Annual General Meeting on Sunday, December 8th, 2024 at 11 am PST! Please consider joining the meetings, as we will have an amazing guest speaker and highlight the great work we have accomplished this year! Open to SER Board Members, Chapter Members, Adjacent Chapters and anyone looking to join our chapter!<\/p>\n

We will highlight the webinars, journal clubs, and of course, our North American Conference that just wrapped in November in Vancouver, BC! We will also review financials, review the chapters’ membership, elect our new board officials and board directors!<\/p>\n

Ahead of the AGM business, we will be hearing from: Katherine Wolfenden!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Katherine Wolfenden serves as the Lands and Resources Manager for the Fort Nelson First Nation\u2019s Lands Department. With a diploma in Natural Resources and Environmental Technology from the College of New Caledonia and 14 years of dedicated service to FNFN, Katherine has developed extensive expertise in habitat restoration, wildlife monitoring, and environmental management. Her proactive, hands-on approach ensures the successful implementation of restoration initiatives, including strategic resource planning and field treatments within FNFN territory.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
