Alpine, Texas, on the edge of the Chihuahuan Desert between Big Bend National Park and the Davis Mountains is referred to as the “Switzerland of Texas.” It is nestled between three mountain ranges, and at 4,600 feet supports one of the most agreeable climates in Texas: warm, sunny winter days and cool summer nights. Join us in October in Alpine for TXSER and SER-SW’s 2014 Annual Conference. Network and find new, exciting ways to contribute to the field of ecological restoration – through presentations, speakers, and field trips in this unique region.
