The project is a collaborative effort led by the United States Forest Service \u2013\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Pikes<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Peak<\/span>\u00a0Ranger District. The primary goal of the project is to protect the greenback cutthroat trout and its habitat while allowing appropriate, sustainable recreation in this very popular area of El Paso County.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Visit other USFS restoration sites on\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Pikes<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Peak<\/span>\u00a0currently in planning.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Along the way, inventory flora of life zones in increasing elevation.
