Danielle Perry received bachelor’s degrees in Marine Biology and Environmental Science from the University of New Haven 2015 and her PhD in Biological and Environmental Sciences from the University of Rhode Island in 2020. Her graduate research focused on salt marsh restoration and climate adaptation, which has also been the focus of her professional career.  Currently, Danielle works for NOAA as a Marine Habitat Resource Specialist, where she is focusing on coastal habitat restoration providing technical assistance to restoration practitioners to implement such projects. Danielle enjoys movies, traveling, and spending as much time on the water as she can.
